Nvrmore support
Questions or problems: [email protected]
- Nvrmore does not find my NVR.
- The Apple TV and the NVR must be on the same network. Allow Local Network access when tvOS asks (Settings, Privacy and Security, Local Network). If it still is not found, choose "Enter address…" and type the NVR's IP address, which the Reolink app or your router shows.
- Sign-in fails.
- Check the user name and password in the Reolink app. Nvrmore tries once each time you press Sign In, so a wrong password does not lock the account.
- It says "Nvrmore has not been tested on cameras and only supports NVRs."
- The address belongs to a camera, not an NVR. Enter the NVR's address.
- A yellow triangle shows, and the picture stutters.
- The camera's HD stream is too much for this Apple TV. Long-press the camera's tile and choose "Play SD Stream", or switch it in Settings.
- A battery camera shows an old snapshot.
- Battery cameras are woken only at launch, when you select them, and every 30 minutes, to save their battery.
- How do I hide a camera?
- Long-press its tile and choose "Hide on This Apple TV", or use Settings (the gear at the right end of the bar). Each Apple TV keeps its own choice.
- How do I watch several cameras?
- Long-press a tile and choose "Add to View", up to four. Select a tile to go back to one camera.
- The picture moves slightly over time.
- That is Kiosk mode, which protects the screen from burn-in. Turn it off in Settings, Screen.
- How do I connect to a different NVR?
- Settings, About, Change NVR.
